1-Day Workshop · 31 Jul 2026 · Amara Singapore
AI image generation has transformed what non-designers can produce. This intensive one-day workshop equips you with the skills to generate professional-quality visuals for presentations, campaigns, and communications — using Leonardo AI and ChatGPT.
Why This Matters
Stock images are immediately recognisable. Generic visuals undermine the quality of the ideas behind them. AI image generation has changed what is possible — but only if you know how to use it properly.
Audiences — especially in professional and government contexts — have developed a sharp eye for generic imagery. A slide deck or campaign that looks like it was built with free clipart erodes confidence in its content, regardless of how strong the ideas behind it are.
Most professionals try AI image generation once, get an awkward result, and give up. Without a structured approach to prompting — covering subject, style, lighting, composition, and mood — AI tools consistently disappoint. The gap is technique, not the tool.
Even when individual images look good, they do not look like each other. Without knowing how to generate consistent characters, styles, and brand aesthetics across multiple outputs, AI-generated visuals remain one-off experiments rather than a professional asset.
About This Workshop
AI Image Generation Mastery is a one-day intensive workshop designed to equip corporate professionals with the skills and knowledge to leverage AI-powered image generation tools — specifically the Leonardo AI platform and ChatGPT — to produce high-quality images for business purposes.
You will move from foundational concepts through hands-on platform practice to advanced techniques, and close with a creative capstone project in which you produce a complete set of visuals for a real communication use case. Every concept is practised the moment it is introduced — this is not a demonstration course.
Who Should Attend
This course is designed for corporate professionals who need professional-quality images for their work and want to produce them independently, without engaging a design agency or waiting on creative support.
No prior experience with AI image generation tools is required. A ChatGPT account (free or paid) and a Canva account are the only pre-requisites.
Key Take-aways
Each take-away is a practised skill — not a concept to remember, but an ability you can apply to real work the moment you return to your desk.
A structured approach to writing prompts that consistently produces the image you intend — covering subject, style, lighting, composition, mood, and fine-tuning techniques that close the gap between your idea and the output.
End-to-end capability on Leonardo AI — image generation, editing, inpainting, real-time canvas, Universal Upscaler, and motion features. A premium account is provided for all in-class practice.
The techniques to generate and maintain visual consistency across multiple images — building personas, mascots, and branded characters that look the same from image to image, enabling professional visual identity work independently.
A clear working understanding of what you can and cannot use commercially — which platforms provide commercial clearance, what responsible use looks like in a professional context, and how to apply these principles before any AI-generated image goes out.
Programme Outline
The programme moves from foundational concepts through hands-on platform practice to advanced techniques, culminating in a capstone project where you produce a complete set of professional visuals.

Good to Know
Our programme is not SkillsFuture-funded. Here is why that works in your favour.
What You'll Gain
After one day, you will have practised every skill — not just observed it demonstrated. Each learning outcome maps directly to professional output you can produce immediately.
Explain how Stable Diffusion and generative AI work — including why prompt wording affects output, how models differ, and which platform suits which task.
Generate, edit, upscale, and animate images using the full Leonardo AI platform — applying prompting strategies and fine-tuning techniques to produce photorealistic images, illustrations, logos, and icons.
Apply a structured prompting approach — covering subject, style, lighting, composition, and mood — that consistently produces on-target results from the first attempt rather than through repeated guesswork.
Produce visual personas, mascots, and branded characters that remain visually consistent across multiple images — enabling professional visual identity work without a design agency.
Use Leonardo AI's full editing suite — inpainting, real-time canvas, Universal Upscaler, and motion features — to refine, extend, and animate generated images to professional output standard.
Understand what you can and cannot use commercially — which platforms provide clearance, what responsible use looks like professionally — before any AI-generated image goes out.

His training approach is grounded in current commercial practice: every technique taught is one he applies in live client projects. Participants benefit from the perspective of a practitioner who works daily at the intersection of professional design and AI tools — not an academic overview of what these tools can theoretically do.
Eugene holds a Master of Arts in Communication Management, a Master of Design, and the Cambridge University Diploma for Teachers and Trainers.
